Dr Avinash.KM has special  training in advanced spine surgery procedures and has attended many national and international spine trainings centers, workshops. Dr.Avinash.KM is  trained in management of spinal and spinal cord tumour.  Spinal cord and spinal tumours are special category of problems where spinal pain and instability are associated with large tumours which are highly vascular leading to excessive blood loss during surgery. Since Dr Avinash is also a trained vascular neurosurgeon, he performs pre-operative embolization, a technique which reduces and blocks all the blood supply to the tumour, there by major surgeries can be performed with relatively least blood loss.
